Target Audience
This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistant/physician associates, pharmacists, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professions who care for patients with advanced heart failure.
Educational Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Review best practice updates from clinical guidelines and research in heart failure.
- Identify evolving diagnostic strategies and implement appropriate use of testing.
- Analyze cases related to complex patients with associated internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine and cardiomyopathy-related conditions.
- Apply best practices for working with multidisciplinary teams for successful patient outcomes.
