Registration is open through 10/17/2025 11:59 PM Eastern Time (US & Canada)

Registration is required to attend. The registration fee of $10.00, includes breakfast, lunch, and parking.

Parking passes will be issued digitally 48-hours before event.

Due to other events in downtown Richmond, we are limited in the number of free parking passes we can issue to event attendees. Please register by Friday, September 19th to secure your free parking

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistant/physician associates, pharmacists, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professions who care for patients with advanced heart failure.

Educational Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Review best practice updates from clinical guidelines and research in heart failure.
  • Identify evolving diagnostic strategies and implement appropriate use of testing.
  • Analyze cases related to complex patients with associated internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine and cardiomyopathy-related conditions.
  • Apply best practices for working with multidisciplinary teams for successful patient outcomes.
